Mistake-proof delete & restore
Wrong row, wrong tap. An animal deleted by accident comes back with papers and history intact, so deletes stop being scary.

A kid hits the ground and you have thirty seconds and one free hand. Add the animal by name alone and fill in the rest later; the record never guesses a placeholder for you.
Metrics that show their work
In Herd reports and Insights on Pro and Ranch, when an animal cannot be scored, the metric says so out loud, with a count of what was excluded and why, instead of quietly folding it into an average.
