Three tiers. Each one includes everything below it.

Introductory pricing, locked in for as long as you stay subscribed. Pro and Ranch prices will change later for new subscribers. Subscribe at an introductory price and keep your subscription active, and we will not raise your price when the introductory period ends. The species unlock is shown as "from" because a one-time purchase sells at the current price.

Free

Keep records for one species.

  • Crew accounts with roles: workers see the barn, not the books (not built yet).

Species unlock

  • Every species, now and future, for as long as your account is open. Once you buy it, it is yours at that price. Not a subscription.
  • The small-farm path to more than one species without a monthly plan.
  • Pro and Ranch subscribers get it with their first paid invoice and keep it.

Introductory prices change later; we will not raise your subscription price while it stays active. Items marked "not built yet" are listed so you know what each tier will include; nobody is charged for them today. No plan limits how many animals you can keep.

Your records are yours, on every plan

You can see everything you entered, whatever plan you are on. Your sales, expense and mileage records export as a spreadsheet today, and exporting the rest of your records is being built. Export stays free because "your records are yours" is not true if leaving costs money. If you move from a paid tier back to Free, the paid features pause. Nothing you recorded is deleted, hidden, or held back.

How we think about it

Free helps you keep the herd organized and get to the show. Paid tiers are for the farms that sell, spend, and file taxes on this. We don't charge by animal count, and we never sell your personal information.
